Communion for Homebound
Ministers of Care are Eucharistic Ministers that provide Eucharist, praying, supporting and comforting to homebound parishioners and nursing home residents. If you have a family member who is unable to join us for Sunday Mass because of age or illness and wishes to receive the Eucharist, please call the Parish Office or Edye Rayburn at 281-299-8878 with the name, address and telephone number of the homebound individual. The request may be for either a short-term or a long-term need.
